Appalachian Cellar

Appalachian Cellar gets its name from something every old-timer around here knows by heart: the root cellar. That cool, dark place dug into the hillside or under their home where you stash what you’ve grown, what you’ve made, and what you hope will get you through the winter. It’s about making do, looking out for your neighbors, and building something that lasts. We’re here to keep that spirit alive, bringing together folks who make things by hand and folks who care about where their food and goods come from.
