Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?

No, you can place an order using the "guest" checkout option. However, for the best experience that will enable you to review past orders, manage your account, and receive better support we encourage customers to create an account.

How can I purchase tax-exempt?

We can set up your account with tax-exempt status. To do so, please email us at mountainstatecohop@gmail.com your tax exemption form, and we’ll update your account accordingly.

How are products delivered?

Wholesale Product deliveries are made within the following parameters:

Standard (in state) Delivery Radius:

50 miles (from headquarters) $100 fee - Requires minimum order of $500 (Note: free delivery with an order $1000)
100 miles (from headquarters) $250 - Requires minimum order of $500 (Note: free delivery with an order $1500)
150 miles(from headquarters) $350 fee -Requires minimum order of $500 (Note: free delivery with an order $2500)

Extended (out of state) Max Delivery Radius:

300 miles (from HQ) $600 fee - Requires minimum order of $500 (Note: free delivery with an order $3500

When can I expect my delivery?

Current Delivery Time
Our current delivery time frame is two weeks. This allows us to efficiently aggregate products from our members before delivering them to you.

Future Plans
We’re actively working on establishing warehousing capabilities, which will significantly reduce delivery times in the near future. Stay tuned for faster, more convenient service as we grow!

How to order bulk packing of products such as for a restaurant?

Many of our products can be packaged in bulk to meet your needs. Please call us at 681.332.0707 or email us at mountainstatecohop@gmail.com with the specific products you're interested in and your desired quantities. We will work with you and the producer to accommodate your request and provide a quote. We look forward to assisting you!

How to cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please call our main office at 681-332-0707. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a 25% restocking fee. Thank you!

Can I contact a Producer directly?

No, our members join this co-op to save time and resources, as we handle their sales, marketing, and distribution. This setup allows them to focus on what they do best—producing their amazing products—ultimately putting more money in their pockets. Thank you for supporting all our small West Virginia producers through their member-owned co-op!
