Handcrafted in small batches, our Midnight Whole Fruit Syrup is a dark, chunky blend of blackberries and blueberries made with 50% less added sugar than jams and jellies. The blackberries are a mix of Prime Ark and Triple Crown, some of the best-tasting varieties, grown by the Pence family in Monroe County, while the blueberries add a mellow, rounded sweetness. Perfectly versatile, it's a delicious pour over pancakes and waffles, a rich topping for granola and yogurt, or a warm sauce for cheesecake and ice cream. Bring home a jar of our Midnight Whole Fruit Syrup and discover a deeper side of berry flavor. Made with fair-trade, unbleached cane sugar and American-made pectin, with no corn syrup or GMO ingredients.
