Spotted Horse Farm is a 150-acre farm in central West Virginia owned by Barbara, an artist, equine podiatrist, herbalist, and educator with more than 40 years of experience working with herbs and traditional food practices. Her work combines hands-on knowledge with a passion for sharing practical skills and craftsmanship.

At Spotted Horse Farm, Barbara grows and harvests herbs, creates handcrafted herbal products, and offers educational workshops that teach traditional growing, harvesting, and herbal preparation techniques. Visitors have opportunities to learn through classes and hands-on experiences on the farm.
