Epsom Arnica (Arnica Montana)

Two of my favorite ache relieving external remedies in one. I have combined Arnica, Epson Salts and Beeswax into a soothing ointment for joint and muscle aches as well as bruising from injuries.

2 oz. 

Ingredients: arnica Montana infused in sweet almond oil with Epsom;

Directions for use: massage ointment into areas with pain. Moisten hands and continue to massage until Epsom is dissolved, or massage into wet skin after bath or shower. Apply to moistened skin for best absorption.
