Ronk Family Farm

Ronk Family Farm has been part of the Ronk family's history since 1859, when the family settled in the mountains of Lincoln County, West Virginia. After the farm sat unused for several years, Paul and Rachel Ronk returned in 2005 to restore the property and continue its agricultural tradition.

Today, the farm includes more than 100 acres of woodland, with 25 acres dedicated to maple syrup production. More than 250 maple trees are tapped each season using a modern tubing and gravity vacuum system. A reverse osmosis unit and wood-fired evaporator help produce the farm's 100% pure West Virginia maple syrup while maintaining traditional maple syrup-making methods.

In addition to pure maple syrup, Ronk Family Farm produces maple cotton candy, maple apple butter, and a variety of maple products available at markets, festivals, and retail locations throughout West Virginia. Every product reflects the family's commitment to quality and the long tradition of maple syrup production in the Mountain State.
