Hops: 2 oz. 

Ingredients: fresh hops flowers, 100 proof alcohol,

Passion Flower: 2 oz. 

Ingredients: passion flower, 100 proof alcohol,

St. Joans/Johns Wort: 2 oz.

Ingredients: fresh St. Joans/Johns Wort flowers, 100 proof alcohol, 

Arnica Montana: 2 oz.

Ingredients: arnica Montana infused in sweet almond oil with Epsom;

Directions for use: massage ointment into areas with pain. Moisten hands and continue to massage until epsom is dissolved, or massage into wet skin after bath or shower.
